How far ahead should we book?
Two to four weeks is ideal, but we keep a small number of faster-turnaround slots for listings with a firm launch date.
Do you stage occupied homes?
Yes. We can work with what is already there, edit the visual noise, and bring in a few key pieces where the story needs more clarity.
Do you serve outside Toronto?
We work across Toronto and the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, and surrounding neighbourhoods.

Can I see the studio before booking?
Yes. Send an enquiry and we will set up a short walkthrough at a time when the space is free.
How far do your photographers travel?
Anywhere in Toronto and the GTA. Shoots further out are welcome; travel time is included in the quote.
How quickly do we get the photos?
Edited galleries are usually delivered within three to five business days. Rush delivery is available for listings and launches.
